The Art & Science of Sex

Vulva owners! Join Sarah Diedrick (E-RYT) and Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter (DPT, E-RYT) for The Art & Science of Sex. In this class we will journey through the biological and psychological parts of intimacy. Join us in this virtual workshop to learn about the anatomy and physiology of the genitals and pelvic floor, tools for better sexual communication and boundary-setting, as well as tips for increasing connection and arousal. Participants will leave this workshop with a better understanding of the many nuanced components of sexual connection. This event is for folks with vulvas.

Kaleigh:

Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter, PT (she/her) is a doctor of physical therapy, yoga teacher, and forever student. She is fascinated by the intersections of the breath, pelvic floor, sexual health, and whole-person well-being. She has been teaching yoga asana and breathwork for over 8 years, and recently opened her own physical therapy clinic, Renewal Physical Therapy, in Colchester, Vermont geared towards pelvic and perinatal health. Kaleigh loves educating folks about the beauty of the human form, and how to live in a more embodied way. Sarah:

Sarah Diedrick (she/her) is a writer, sex educator, and yoga teacher. Her writing has been featured in the NY Times, Elephant Journal, MindBodyGreen and more. Sarah’s work centers around the art of sex: communication, language, embodiment and mindful expression. By weaving together the most potent teachings of yoga with holistic sex education, Sarah creates a space that prioritizes the unique needs of the individual. Sarah is dedicated to helping folks write their own sexual scripts so they can live more fulfilling, self-actualized lives.
