Pelvic Floor Health for Folks with Vulvas

Join Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter, Physical Therapist to learn all about your pelvic floor! This class will include an in-depth anatomy lesson, the dynamics of breathing and the pelvic floor, and Kaleigh’s favorite tips on keeping your vulva and pelvic floor healthy and happy from a clinical perspective. Class will conclude with a Q+A session so you can ask those burning questions about ejaculation, lubricant, anal sex, and more. Masks and proof of vaccination (physical card or picture of card) will be required.

The store will remain open for attendees after the workshop for shopping. 

Presenter Bio:

Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter, PT (she/her) is a doctor of physical therapy, yoga teacher, and forever student. She is fascinated by the intersections of the breath, pelvic floor, sexual health, and whole-person well-being. She has been teaching yoga asana and breathwork for over 8 years, and recently opened her own physical therapy clinic, Renewal Physical Therapy, in Colchester, Vermont geared towards pelvic and perinatal health.
