REFUNDS, WARRANTIES, AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective items. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for replacement or store credit within 7 days of store purchase or receiving your online purchase. For online orders, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to receive a return authorization prior to return shipment. We are unable to accept returns without an authorization. All items must have complete packaging and all original parts, including any accessories, batteries, cords, chargers, remotes, blank warranty cards, instructional pamphlets, etc. to be eligible for return.
Some products are additionally covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Individual product information on warranty policies are provided at the time of your purchase. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty coverage, repair, servicing and defects.
SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Our primary shipment service is the US Postal Service. As such, we anticipate shipping times to average 3-5 business days, depending on your physical distance from Burlington, Vermont, the time of year, acts of nature, or other unforeseeable interruptions in service. We appreciate your patience with these shipping times, as we are a one-person outfit and want to set realistic expectations.
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
