Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in most cases. We do carry a number of brands that have warranties, with durations ranging from 60 days to 15 years, including: b-Vibe, Blush, BMS, CalExotics, Dame, Dildolls, Fun Factory, Intimate Rose, Je Joue, Le Wand, LELO, Magic Wand, ROMP, Satisfyer, Strap-On-Me, Svakom, Tenga, We-Vibe, and potentially others as we bring in new brands.

Please first visit the website for the warrantied brands for claim instructions, but if you have issues with warranty claims or need a copy of your receipt, please reach out to us at hello@earthandsaltshop.com.

For all products that do not have a warranty, we are glad to replace a defective product within 1 year of your original purchase date. We will replace a product one time; any further issues with the replacement product we will not be able to cover or replace. Please contact us at hello@earthandsaltshop.com, describing the product, the issue, and the approximate purchase date if you do not have a copy of your receipt. We will be back in touch to work through the replacement process, if authorized by management.
